Welcome to Ramblin' Rose Canada!
Hello! My name is Esma and I am the founder and curator of Ramblin' Rose Canada. Let me tell you a bit about this shop and its history.

I wanted to create a business that is an expression of my passions: hiking, the beach, exploring, finding stuff while exploring, creating, art, recycling, repurposing and reusing things as much as possible, seeing art and beauty in mundane, discarded and disregarded objects. I have noticed that there is a demand for craft, art and jewellery supplies that are natural, recycled and/or found objects. A lot of people don't have access to a beach or a good place to go treasure-hunting, and I realized I can fulfill a need for creators and collectors who are seeking out these objects. I really love the idea of running a store that sells items that were essentially trash, but are turned to treasure by creative and crafty hands. I love the Earth and it makes me feel good to know I'm helping to clean up our natural areas and providing crafting supplies to those who are looking for these types of materials. My intention is to have a business that is as eco-friendly as possible.
In addition to selling craft, art, jewellery supplies and collectibles, I also use this platform to showcase and sell my own art, crafts and creations. I make broken mirror art, collages, bejewelled stones, suncatchers, jewellery, holiday decorations and so much more!

How it all started
Ramblin' Rose Canada was officially born in January 2024, but I have been selling online since 2009. From 2009 to 2013 or so, I sold exclusively beads and jewellery-making supplies. In around 2014, I realized that I had a passion for beachcombing, and I also discovered the niche sea glass market. A lover of beaches and all things natural, sea glass and beachy items were the perfect addition to my inventory of beady and crafty items. I researched extensively on the subject of sea glass, beach pottery, and other found objects and have been supplying thalassophiles around the world with interesting, beautiful and often one-of-a-kind Lake Ontario beach finds. Over the years, I've added more beach stuff and less bead stuff and in 2024, I made the decision to move towards selling only beach finds and recycled objects. I still have a lot of inventory from my bead days, so you will find jewellery-making supplies at my store until I sell it all off.
