How do I buy your products?
For the time being, you can only make a purchase outside of this website at any of my online stores. I may sell directly from this web site in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

My online stores have their own payment processors. They usually offer several payment methods such as credit card, gift card, Etsy Payments, PayPal and others, though the options available may not be the same at every store. Check my store's and/or marketplace's FAQ's and terms for information about payment methods.

 

​SHIPPING FAQ'S

What countries do you ship to?
Canada, USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand. 

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the size and weight of the package, and where it's being shipped to. It also depends on which marketplace you purchase from, as some platforms offer discounted shipping to sellers, which I then pass on to you whenever possible. Some platforms even have deals where you pay no shipping if you purchase above a certain dollar amount. It's best to check the rates at each platform to compare shipping costs. The bottom line though is that I charge exactly what the post office charges. I never add a handling charge or any other extra charges to shipping. If you overpay for shipping for any reason (which sometimes happens when buying multiple items), I always refund the difference. 

 

Do you combine shipping costs?
Always! And any shipping overpayment is refunded back to you so you pay exactly what the post office charges. 

 

What shipping carrier do you use?

Canada Post for Oversized Regular Mail, and deliveries to all other destinations.
I usually use an alternative service like Sendle to ship parcels within Canada because the rates tend to be cheaper than Canada Post.

Will I get a tracking number?
All orders will come with a tracking number with the exception of Canada Post Oversized Regular Mail shipments within Canada.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Actual transit times vary depending on mode of shipment, destination, holidays, weather, pandemics, postal strikes and other unexpected circumstances. But generally, you should receive your order within the following time frames:

Shipping within Canada: 2-5 days
Shipping to the USA: 4-14 days
International Shipping: 6-14 days, but can be longer.

Where do find all this stuff?
On the beach! I live very close to Lake Ontario, so I go beachcombing at several locations along the lake. I will occasionally get the opportunity to beachcomb at other locations.

Do you sell genuine or machine-tumbled sea glass?
All of my sea glass, beach pottery and other beach-found objects are 100% surf-tumbled.
